Fill your freezer with exceptional organic lamb from Manor Organic Farm.
Our lambs are organically reared on grass-rich pastures and managed to the highest welfare standards, producing tender, flavourful meat that reflects the care taken throughout their lives.
Each lamb is expertly butchered in our farm shop and prepared to your requirements. Whether you choose a half lamb or a whole lamb, you’ll receive a fantastic selection of cuts, making it one of the most economical ways to enjoy premium organic lamb at home.
A typical whole lamb (carcass weight approximately 17kg) may include:
• Leg roasting joints
• Shoulder roasting joints
• Rib chops
• Barnsley chops
• Chump chops
• Neck chops
• Breast of lamb
• Lamb liver and kidneys (optional)
• Bones for stock (optional)
Once you place your order, we’ll contact you to discuss your preferred cuts and butchery requirements. Prefer more chops and fewer roasting joints? Want mince, diced lamb, bones for stock or offal included? We’re happy to tailor your order to suit your household and freezer space.
Your lamb is always delivered fresh, never frozen, allowing you to enjoy it immediately or freeze it at home in the portions and quantities that work best for you.
Because our lamb is produced to organic standards and availability varies throughout the year, there may occasionally be a short waiting period before dispatch. We will always keep you informed and aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
